Payment Terms
Payment terms are established per account. Approved accounts may be extended credit terms; all other orders are payable in advance or on delivery as agreed.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy; certain custom, branded, and food-contact products are non-returnable.
Custom & Branded Programs
Custom and branded product orders require written approval of artwork and specifications. Once approved and in production, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
